Email privacy@celestia.app with the subject "Data deletion request".

Include the email address you signed in with (Google, Facebook, or email OTP) so we can identify the right account.

We will send a confirmation email to that same address before deleting anything, to verify the request comes from the account owner.

Account data: email, display name, avatar, and linked Google/Facebook sign-in.

Profiles and charts: birth details, saved charts, and generated readings.

Referral code and sign-in history tied to the account.

Transaction records and invoices for completed orders are retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires. This portion cannot be deleted on request.

Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for statistical purposes.

Requests are processed within 30 days of us verifying your identity.

We email you once it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can revoke access at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Celestia → Remove.

Note: removing the app only unlinks sign-in. It does not automatically delete data stored at Celestia. To delete your data, send a request as described in section 1.
